CHECK-IN, REGISTRATION, KIT
Gate Verification: Strict entry scanning of team passes at the main Adamas University Gate. Convention Centre Operations: On-site offline registration completion, distribution of participant identification materials/kits.
OPENING CEREMONY & TOPIC REVELATION
Official welcoming ceremony, key notes by dignitaries, guidelines briefing, and official revelation of the unannounced hackathon development theme. Breakfast will be provided for all participants.
BUILD & CODE (5 HOURS)
5 Hours of non-stop development and deployment. Uninterrupted development window utilizing prompt engineering and AI-agentic development platforms.
LUNCH BREAK
Mid-day energy refill for all participants (integrated directly into the team project workflow).
JUDGES WATCHING & REVIEWS
Project review sessions where the live panel jury inspects deployed software architectures, evaluates prompt efficiency, and provides professional reviews.
JUDGES' DECISIONS
Private deliberation, score aggregation, and compilation of final results by the jury panel.
PRIZE DISTRIBUTION
Crowning the champions of VibeForge 1.0, handing out awards, accolades, and closing remarks.
HALL VACATING & WRAPPING UP
System tear-downs, wrapping up club property, technical asset recovery, and clearing out the Convention Centre main workspace.
